About Us

Stan Thomas opened the first Thomas Market in 1949. Growing his business, he re-opened with his second store in 1962. After operating Thomas Market for 27 years, Dennis spent the next 32 years expanding it. In 1999, a full bakery and deli department was added and Thomas Market is now being run by his son, Jerry.

We have the best service of any store in town. We will unload your cart for checkout, escort you to your vehicle and help you load your car. We offer free delivery of groceries to senior citizens. We have a goal to ensure no one waits in line at the deli counter, at the checkout, anywhere. We value you and your time, so we do our utmost to cater to you, our favorite Oneida County guest.

From corn to peaches and melons to tomatoes, our produce department gives you the chance to buy local. Our local produce farmers give us the best northern Utah products that nature can provide. We also mix the perfect blend of fresh produce items to offer our signature mouth-watering salsa.

Home-grown, local beef.

Freshness is a high priority at Thomas Market. Owning our own beef farm, we can provide our guests with fresher beef, often throughout the year. In September, get your orders in for our renowned local fair beef.

We are positive you have had great pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. Have you tried ours? Stop by our bakery department and check our selection. We may be able to tempt you with a great aroma, but when you see our selection, you may end up with more than our famous pumpkin chocolate chip cookies!
